Guided by Research
The RAIN technique is a powerful mindfulness practice that helps you work through difficult emotions with compassion and clarity.

Recognize
Acknowledge what is happening in the present moment without judgment. Identify thoughts, emotions, and sensations as they arise.

Allow
Let your experience be as it is without trying to fix or change it. Create space for difficult feelings and thoughts.

Investigate
Explore your experience with gentle curiosity. Ask yourself what you need in this moment and where you feel it in your body.

Nurture
Offer yourself compassion and kindness. Respond to your needs with the same care you would show to a dear friend.

Hi, we're way(too)ADHD
We create tools that actually work the ADHDer way.
I'm Amber. Spent years in counseling work, and probably way too familiar with how adhd brains work (if you know what i mean).
Kept watching people struggle with resources that seemed promising on paper but just didn't work in practice. Too much text, too little visual guidance, designs that worked against the very minds they claimed to help.
So I started making my own. Mental health background meets design obsession.
Visual. Short. No fluff. Actually usable.
